The large stones in this design are a stone called Green Aventurine, which is a form of Quartz. It is a cloudy light green color with swirls of lighter and darker green at times. I like to include the stones with slight color variation in my designs because I find it interesting to see a little bit of the variation that is most likely best visible in it's natural slab form. Green Aventurine is said to have a calming influence and to help in relieving anxiety.
On either side of each Green Aventurine stone is a small piece of Peridot and a green freshwater pearl separated by sterling silver spacers. The earrings are made with sterling silver chain, Peridot and green freshwater pearls as well. All feedback is welcome, let me know what you think!
